First of all we would like to thank all participants and our supporters along the way. It is not how much you have done for the event but the spirit and opportunity cost  to work as a team is priceless and an infrequent chance to have.

Short internal report on the event:

The whole crew started early that day. Decoration, Performance, Stage Crew. etc. just to make sure that we all angles covered. The crowd started trickling in at 5.30 which had really surprised us. We considered that with late comers, the crowd would gather at 6-6.30.

There were some discussion that we need to open the doors sooner so spectators can have a seat while waiting for the show to begin. The show started 7pm sharp. Holiano(Show manager-The person that calls the show)  signaled for the house lights and dimmed the house lights and on with our first item which is a slide show produced By Gawad Kalinga.

Although majority of the spectators were Indonesian’s there were a good number of non-Indonesians as well. One of Permias-MA goal is to promote Indonesian culture to the community which is why we try to market these events to the local community. There were may highlights throughout the show, in fact each and everyone of them shows a different side of Indonesia and therefore unique in its own way.

The event ended at around 9.15pm with Rame2 as the ending Finale song, sung by Rey Wowor. Everyone had a blast and a splash of Indonesian Culture in them.
