It's almost time to celebrate the end of our college year and the start of a new stage in life.
So let's celebrate, make it memorable and fun. There's no better time to be proud of ourselves, it's our night.
Invite your family and friends to join you on the cruise.
Here is the dinner menu (3 course, pick one of each category):
FIRST COURSE
Dried Cherries and Candied Pecan Duck en Croute
Savory blend of Duck Confit, Mushrooms, Cinnamon and Cheeses in a Puff Pastry served on a bed of Spaghetti Squash and garnished with a sweet Marsala Demi Glace
Boston Bibb Salad
Leafy Greens tossed with Red & Yellow Peppers, Radishes, Chick Peas, Tomato Concasse and crumbled Gorgonzola in a Parmesan Vinaigrette
Lobster Bisque
Rich Lobster simmered in Butter and Cream, blended with a touch of Sherry
Shrimp and Scallop Mélange
Atlantic Sea Scallops, Gulf Shrimp and Blue Crab baked with Creamy Spinach and au gratin Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
MAIN COURSE
Herb-Roasted Chicken
Pan-seared smoked Chicken Breast served atop sautéed Vegetables and Chicken Chorizo, finished with a Chipotle Tomato Cream Sauce
Mojito Salmon
Wild Alaskan Salmon encrusted with a mix of crispy Tri-Colored Tortilla Strips and citrus flavors, served with fire-roasted Vegetables and Colusari Red Rice
Seafood Cannelloni Gratinee
Seafood-filled Cannelloni au gratin with a creamy Alfredo and Pomodoro Ragu duo, drizzled with Pesto

Braised Lamb Shank served with creamy Polenta and fresh Edamame

Dinner Cruise DRESS CODE:
Formal Jackets are recommended for men and formal attire for women. We request no jeans, shorts, tank tops, halter-tops, gym shoes or flip-flops are worn on any cruise.

NEW Updates:
1. There will be 2 types of performance: Competition and Casual (non-competition)
2. For the band/people that is interested in joining the competition, it’ll be $5 each person
3. We will have to limit 3 songs per band/per person
4. Winners of Competition will receive PRIZE (Minimum 3 bands playing or no competition)
5. Audience needs to pay $2 entrance fee
6. Proceeds will be donated for "PADANG cause"
7. Affordable irresistible homemade food are for sale ranging from Nasi goreng, hot dogs, nuggets, chicken wings, and many more! So please come with an empty stomach and support us in supporting "PADANG cause"
Transportations will be provided for those who tells us in advance!
The winners will be voted by the audience, so you have to perform the best that you can..!!
We will also have some food stands, so you can buy foods while listening to the awesome performance of the bands!!

Dear avid sports people!
Our semi-annual indoor sport competitions are just around the corner! We are proud to present you the Indoor Bball tournaments in the several upcoming weeks. Every semester we host two different types of game format, both competitive and recreational. Thus, be sure to check it out… Buff yourself up... Train with your team… and bring your very “BEST GAME” to the table on the D-DAY!

--> Players randomly picked and put in a team on D-Day
